Most people only see this place when its filled with thousands of people, animals, and agricultural dealers, agencies, and educational exhibits. When the Farm Show Complex is empty, before it comes to life, the building is like an empty canvas waiting to be brought to life by the people who will transform it into the
2009 Pennsylvania Farm Show.
The small arena is dark and quiet, waiting for the livestock and producers who will be showing some of the finest animals in Pennsylvania. Faculty from the
Department of Dairy and Animal Science, and
Extension Educators working in ag production areas, have a long history of supporting the Farm Show and it's livestock programs.
The carousel will come to life on January 10, amidst the exhibits in the main hall and it's just a short walk from the
Penn State College of Ag Sciences exhibit. Make sure you visit both!
